Looking for your next staycation? If you’re craving a peaceful off-season escape, or even the perfect location for a summer trip, The Shoals in Southold, NY is the perfect destination! A serene coastal hideaway that blends boutique luxury with the laid-back charm of the North Fork. Overlooking the Peconic Bay, it’s ideal for travelers looking for quiet mornings, local flavor, and easy access to everything that the NOFO has to offer.

About The Shoals

The Shoals is a unique “boatel” concept that features 20 suites and 20 boat slips, making it accessible by both land and sea. This waterfront property is the only one of its kind on the East End where guests can arrive by boat or car and stay dockside.

Each guest room is beautifully designed with modern coastal decor, a kitchenette, private outdoor space, and access to a continental breakfast each morning. Perfect for slow, easy starts to your day.

Seasonally, you’ll also find fresh oysters from Little Ram Oyster Company and fresh seafood from Dockside at The Shoals.
